The effort that went into making him feel comfortable, all nurses and doctors made every effort to reassure Elliott, I cannot say there is anything I can find at fault with the care Elliott has experienced so far, neither can I see room for improvement at this stage.
Overall an impressive experience under the circumstances.

1. Rooms are extremely hot, just like reception the rooms could do with a fan.
2. Entrance light facing 'D' bed is a bit of a nuisance really. It's constantly my face and it can't be turned off the aluminium hollow gives an unnecessary bright feel making me feel like I have a headache.
3. There should be doctors in batches, appreciate there other areas with higher priorities but am sure there could be a workaround. Sitting here at 6:30 pm not sure if to make provision for the night or just tiring. The nurses are friendly and reassuring.
